Last week, our ELCA Exchange Programme partners came together to discuss how we can make the programme even better for companies. It was a fantastic opportunity for our international community to network and exchange ideas on how to encourage more companies to join us, both as hosts and participants.

Our partners shared their experiences and talked about the challenges they faced while participating in the programme. They also shared their expectations for the ELCA Exchange team and how we can better support them in the future.

This meeting provided a wonderful opportunity for companies to broaden their horizons and network with businesses from all around the Europe.
